In the past two weeks Gerard Keena and Bay Area Receivership Group have been appointed as receiver over two new properties in Fremont and Napa.
Both properties are in a substantial state of disrepair and the conditions of the Napa property were reported by the Napa Valley Register.
The receiver has filed his Oath and Bond and the receivership looks forward to bringing peace back to these neighborhoods.
