Ryan Griffith from Bay Area Receivership Group appointed as Receiver over Nuisance Property in Mt. Shasta
On February 23, 2023 the Siskiyou County Superior Court appointed Ryan Griffith from Bay Area Receivership Group as a receiver over a nuisance property in Mt. Shasta pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 17980.7. The Mt. Shasta property has endangered the community for years.
