On June 3, 2021, Gerard Keena of Bay Area Receivership Group was appointed as a receiver by the City of Sacramento to abate a nuisance property that has plagued the city for years in Sacramento County Case 2021-00297740. Since Mr. Keena’s appointment he has filed his oath, bond and inventory and the team at Bay Area Receivership Group is working to resolve the nuisance issues at the property.
