In the past two weeks Gerard Keena and Bay Area Receivership Group have been appointed as receiver over two new properties in Fremont and Napa.  Both properties are in a substantial state of disrepair and the conditions of the Napa property were reported by the Napa Valley Register .  The receiver has filed his Oath and Bond and the receivership looks forward to bringing peace
