Gerard Keena Appointed as Receiver Over Nuisance Properties in Oakland

On December 9, 2020 the Alameda County Superior Court approved the Oakland City Attorney’s Ex-Parte Petition to appoint Gerard Keena as Receiver over two nuisance properties, which had just been the subject of arson. Gerard and the Receivership team at Bay Area Receivership Group are now working to abate the nuisance properties.
