CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO APPOINTS BAY AREA RECEIVERSHIP GROUP OVER NUISANCE PROPERTY

The San Francisco City Attorney’s Office successfully appointed Bay Area Receivership Group “BARG” as Receiver in SF Case #CGC-18-567984 on October 25, 2019. BARG worked with San Francisco Police Department and contractors to initiate an occupant removal of the Property. Once the nuisance occupants were removed BARG began clearing out the Property and working with the owner who suffers from mental health issues to preserve the items he had been hoarding at the Property. BAY AREA RECEIVERSHIP GROUP APPOINTED OVER NUISANCE PROPERTY IN VALLEJO

On July 29, 2019, the City of Vallejo successfully appointed Bay Area Receivership Group over a nuisance Property located at 104 Greenwood Vallejo, California. Bay Area Receivership Group had been conditionally appointed on June 27, 2019, in Solano County Case  #FCS052494  to abate the immediate dangers at the Property. CITY OF EMERYVILLE APPOINTS BAY AREA RECEIVERSHIP GROUP OVER NUISANCE PROPERTY

On May 31, 2019, Judge Karin S Schwartz in Department 512 of the Alameda County Superior Court in a Tentative Ruling granted Best Best & Krieger’s Petition to Appoint Bay Area Receivership Group as a Receiver over a distressed Property in Emeryville.
