BARG Attorney Ryan Griffith has published an article on Drug Abatement Laws in the Daily Journal, which explains how cities/counties can utilize drug abatement laws to rid cities of drug houses in their communities and appoint a receiver when necessary. BARG has been appointed as a Receiver for Drug Abatement issues in San Jose, Elk Grove and numerous other cities and the positive results brought by BARG’s actions have been documented by local media referencing Sacramento County Case 34-2017-00216691 City of Elk Grove v. Kiran Rawat. This case is further documented on BARG’s website under Elk Grove Appointments.
BARG Attorney Ryan Griffith has also been invited to speak on Drug Abatement Laws later this month at the California Association of Code Enforcement Officers (CACEO) Annual Conference in Orange County.
