Bay Area Receivership Group Appointed by Federal Judge to Resolve Ponzi Scheme

Bay Area Receivership Group has been appointed as a receiver to resolve a Ponzi scheme uncovered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. A Federal Judge in Sacramento appointed Bay Area Receivership Group last week.
