Gerard Keena Appointed as Receiver Over Nuisance Properties in Oakland
On December 9, 2020 the Alameda County Superior Court approved the Oakland City Attorney’s Ex-Parte Petition to appoint Gerard Keena as Receiver over two nuisance properties, which had just been the subject of arson.
